Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Tour and activity services purchased through Buseta Travel are considered tourism services that must be performed within a specific date or period. Therefore, according to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts Article 15, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days for these services.

The cancellation and refund conditions for tours and activities offered by Buseta Travel may vary according to the content, duration, organizational structure, and service provider conditions of the tour.

General Cancellation and Refund Rules

• For some day tours, cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour date may allow for free cancellation or partial refunds.
• For some tours and activities, refunds and cancellations are not permitted after the reservation has been confirmed.
• In special, limited or promotional tours, penalty deductions may apply in case of cancellation.
• It may not be possible to provide refunds for cancellations made shortly before the tour date.

Each tour's valid cancellation and refund conditions are additionally specified on the relevant tour page. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the cancellation and refund terms listed on the detail page of the selected tour before completing the reservation process.

Cancellation Due to Organizational Reasons

In the event that the tour is canceled by Buseta Travel or the service provider due to weather conditions, technical reasons, insufficient participation, or force majeure, guests will be offered one of the following options: alternative date, alternative tour, or refund.
