Guidance Services and Extra Tours
- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the status of the opening/closing of museums and ancient sites at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted panormically with explanations from the guide from within the vehicle, not including entrance to museums and ancient sites, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours listed in the program, are not the responsibility of Wtatil if they cannot be conducted due to prohibition by local authorities on the day and time of the tour or if they are made impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the status of the closure of the museum or ancient site while maintaining the content of our tours. This condition is also valid in case of changes that may occur in flight times.
- Important considerations for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: not eating heavy meals just before boarding the boat and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
- If services included in the prices are not utilized such as tours or meal services, no refunds will be issued.
About Flights
- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
- There may be delays or changes in the flight hours for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour.
- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport taxes.
- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- The check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in tours with flights are personal processes and must be completed by the guests themselves at the airports or online through the airline's websites before the flight.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced in person at the airports and are displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the designated times, do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do perform them but do not board the plane. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for any costs incurred for acquiring new one-way tickets necessary to join the tour and the transfers in the destination area, etc.
- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg for these flights. Extra luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Wtatil.
- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrades may be processed based on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (check with the airline you are a member of). No guarantees are made for milage upgrades for each flight. Check if the applicable tickets are upgradeable.
- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services.

- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or km. In such a case, Wtatil will inform guests 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest is required to correctly enter/disclose the name, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

- Requests regarding the room (such as high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to align with the preferences of the guest according to the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests is dependent on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the traditionally rich Turkish breakfast. It generally consists of limited options known as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.
- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and type of room.
- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and require hotel approval.
- The capacity of additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 (one).
- Additional bed applications exist in triple rooms, where the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds may consist of foldable or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept any potential crowding and bed type issues that may arise due to additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
- If the number and ages of children staying with adults in hotel reservations are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request ID for age verification of children.
- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child may not be available. Child prices are valid only when the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts are valid only for groups that meet the age criteria for "single child" when staying with two adults.
- Exchange rates during the day will be reflected in the TL prices. Rates that apply at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and extra services you acquire at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra fees. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are directly paid to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
- The travel distances provided in programs are map-based. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
- In case of mandatory situations or if deemed necessary, Wtatil may change the order of cities and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program.
- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. 41- For possible additional expenses, a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit issued by official institutions may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. 44- For immigration crossings/border gates, to be able to stamp entry-exit visas in your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages available in your passport.
- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made into/from the country; the passport police have the authority to not allow you into the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this; the responsibility rests with the passenger.
- Guests who do not hold Turkish citizenship or are dual citizens using another country’s passport to participate in the tour must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country to be visited regarding the passport they will use; Wtatil will not be responsible for any outcomes in cases otherwise.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
