'Phuket - Pattaya - Bangkok Tour 7 Nights with Saudi Airlines'
Day 1: Istanbul-Jeddah
Meeting at the Saudi Airlines counter at the Istanbul New Airport International Departures terminal at 15:25. After our luggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Jeddah on Saudi Airlines flight SV278 at 18:25. Arrival in Jeddah at 22:20.
Day 2: Jeddah-Bangkok-Phuket
Then we will depart for Bangkok at 02:00 on Saudi Airlines flight SV844. After having our breakfast on the plane, we will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meeting with our guide waiting at the airport and transferring to Phuket with our domestic flight. Arrival at Phuket Airport. We will transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle. Guests who wish can join the optional Siam Niramit Show tour in the evening.

Day 3: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional James Bond Island and Canoe Tour with lunch, departing at 07:30. Overnight stay at your hotel.

During our journey to James Bond Island on authentic boats, we will have the opportunity to see some of the most beautiful geological formations in the world, the limestone karsts. Upon arrival at the island, we will have the chance to see the locations where the James Bond films were shot and have time for shopping. We will enjoy our lunch at a seafood restaurant during our return trip.
Day 4: Phuket
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Phi Phi Island Tour. Overnight stay at your hotel.

We are organizing a full-day trip to perhaps the most exotic island in Thailand by speedboat. We quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of two coral islands near Phuket, by our speedboats. We will see macaques at Monkey Beach and have the chance to swim and snorkel with thousands of colorful fish. We will also have time to swim and sunbathe in Maya Bay, where some parts of the movie The Beach starring Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio were filmed, with its palm tree-laden beach and clear turquoise sea. Afterward, we will visit Viking Cave and have our lunch on Phi Phi Island.
Day 5: Phuket - Pattaya
After our breakfast, we will depart for the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After our flight to Bangkok with local airlines, we will arrive in Bangkok and transfer to Pattaya with our private bus. We will visit the world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and arrive in Pattaya, Thailand's most famous entertainment destination. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm Tour. After the tour, guests who wish can join the optional world-famous Alcazar Show tour. Overnight stay at your hotel.

In this amazing tropical garden, which has won awards for being the best organized garden in Thailand for years, we guarantee that you will take many photos. Day 7: Pattaya - Bangkok
After breakfast, we will proceed to Bangkok with our private bus. During the panoramic city tour of Bangkok, we will see the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument, among other places. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know both the exotic beauty of Bangkok and Buddhism, which has deeply influenced Thailand. After the tour, transfer to the hotel, room allocation, and after settling in, guests who wish can join the optional Bangkok Canals tour. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Baiyoke tour.

This tour is a must-do; Bangkok cannot be considered visited without it. During our tour, we will have the opportunity to see interesting views on the historical canals of Bangkok. We will closely witness the lives of the local people on the canals and see how the rich and poor of Thailand blend together. We will feed the sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.
Optional Tour: Baiyoke Sky Tour with Dinner & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: €50 per person
In this tour, the Baiyoke Sky is the tallest building in Thailand at 309 meters. We will have an open buffet dinner against a magnificent view in the restaurant on the 77th floor, offering a 360-degree view of the entire city. Afterwards, we will head to Asiatique, Bangkok's newest entertainment center, where history and modernity intertwine, constructed in the area where the first trade between European countries and Thailand took place during the Siam Kingdom. There will be time for shopping, and then we will transfer back to the hotel.
Day 8: Bangkok
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Floating Market Tour during the day, and in the evening, they can join the optional Chao Praya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market Tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

During this tour, we first head outside Bangkok to the Samut Songkram town, where the world-famous Siam Twins were born, to visit a coconut farm. Here, we will learn about what the Thai people benefit from the coconut trees and see the souvenirs made from this wood. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After this visit, we will take about a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. There, we will board the boats and experience about a half-hour pleasant journey with delicious exotic Southeast Asian views, arriving at the famous Floating Market which has been featured on magazine covers and in documentaries. You will get the chance to see the open market on the water and shop there. On the return trip to Bangkok, we will taste Thailand's most famous tropical fruits.

In this tour, we will have dinner on a 41-meter-wide boat on the Chao Praya River, known as the Venice of the East, with live music waiting for you. After our dinner, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 9: Bangkok
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel, and afterwards, we will have free time until the time indicated by our guide. In the evening, we will transfer to the airport.
Day 10: Bangkok-Jeddah-Istanbul
After our ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart for Jeddah on Saudi Airlines flight SV849 at 01:15. Arrival in Jeddah at 06:25 local time. After that, we will depart for Istanbul on Saudi Airlines’ scheduled flight at 09:40. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 13:40, and the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour movement date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded, while visa services and travel health insurance for which a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the insurance cannot be refunded, as these services have been utilized; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund of the fees will be made. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in the event of the tour's cancellation by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance and is aware that Wtatil cannot be held responsible for any material and moral losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the packaged guiding services will only cover round-trip transfers at the international departure point.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty provided they inform Wtatil in writing at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to. If there are fewer than 31 days until the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare, and if there are 15 days or less until the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the time of the cancellation request, and it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may vary as determined by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the locations visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours made with a guide's narration from within a vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, excluding museum and historical site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out if local authorities do not permit visits on the corresponding day and time of the tour due to closed areas or blocked roads resulting from any event, or if the tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or by walking in areas with restricted access for vehicles.
7- Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museum and historical sites being open. This situation also applies to any changes in flight times.
8- Important considerations for tours conducted with speedboats include; not eating heavy meals right before boarding the boat and avoiding excessive amounts of water intake. Guests who have complaints regarding their stomach, back, neck, or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.
9- There will be no refund for services included in the prices in case of non-participation in the specified tour or dining services.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- There may be delays or changes in the flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased plane tickets is not utilized, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding processes to be completed for those participating in flight-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters or online through the airline's websites prior to the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced vocally in airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
16- Wtatil is not liable for guests who do not appear at the designated airport at the times required by the airline's regulations for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding processes in a timely manner, or miss the flight despite having completed these processes. All expenses related to obtaining new tickets for the necessary round-trip travel and transfers in the destination region for guests who miss their flights will be their responsibility.
17- For flights originating from Turkey, the general baggage weight limit is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not Wtatil's responsibility.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, upgrade transactions may be performed, subject to the availability of the airline (please check with your airline membership). No guarantee of miles for any flight is given. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil does not accept any responsibility for any change or cancellation made directly by the guest through the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) is/are provided only by category information without stating names in the tour program, and/or optioning is offered for the same destination, Wtatil will notify the guest 48 hours prior to the tour's movement.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- In order to use mobile phones abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is set up for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
25- The hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are conveyed to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. However, the fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served in a limited variety typically called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of double beds, twin beds may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on the hotel and room types.
30- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and require hotel approval.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are often foldable or are what are referred to as coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential overcrowding and bed types in rooms with triple room and/or child reservations due to the extra beds that will be added to the standard room.
33- If the number and ages of children staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly stated by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, responsibility falls to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the age of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are applicable only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to "single children" that fall within the age group when staying next to two adults.
35- Exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be charged extra by the hotel and are not included in the purchase price; they will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have varying applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes that are applicable in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and other circumstances.
38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline used for flights without disrupting the content of the program in cases of necessity or at its discretion.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of individuals participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in returning them to the country and/or the person belong to the item owner.
40- Individuals participating in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and prescriptions with them.
41- For potential extra expenses, hotels may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The return of the deposit requested during check-out is an issue between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this process.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
44- At customs crossings/border points, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be applied to it.
45- The exemption from a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit into the country is guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit to you; Wtatil is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and are going to participate using a different country passport must inquire about the visa procedures applicable to that passport from the consulates of the travel country; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid issues at border control with customs police due to torn, worn-out, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents should be aware of the possibility that customs police may request a document demonstrating mutual consent from both parents at border crossings; therefore, we advise guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this matter.
