'Bangkok - Pattaya Tour 7 Nights 9 Days with Mahan Airlines'
Day 1: Istanbul-Tehran
Meet at the Mahan Airlines counter in the International Departure Terminal of Istanbul New Airport at 08:15. After finishing our luggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Tehran at 11:00 on Mahan Airlines flight W5113. Arrival in Tehran at 14:30. Then, we will depart for Bangkok at 21:40 on Mahan Airlines flight W5051.
Day 2: Tehran-Bangkok
After breakfast on the plane, we will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08:20 local time. Meet with our guide waiting at the airport and we head out to start our Bangkok city tour in our private vehicles. During the panoramic city tour of Bangkok, we will see places such as the Golden Buddha Temple, flower market, Chinatown, parliament building, and the Democracy Monument. This tour will give us the chance to get to know Bangkok's exotic beauty as well as the Buddhism that deeply influences Thailand. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel, distribute rooms, and settle in. Guests who wish can optionally join our Bangkok Canal Tour organized for an extra fee. In the evening, guests who wish can optionally take part in our Baiyoke Tour.

A visit to Bangkok would not be complete without this tour. During our tour, we will have the opportunity to see interesting views that you won't find anywhere else in the world on our private boat through Bangkok's historical canals. You will get to know the life of the Thai people on the canals up close and witness the fusion of the rich and poor sides of Thailand. We will feed sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.

In this tour, Baiyoke Sky is Thailand's tallest building at 309 meters, and at the restaurant on the 77th floor, you will enjoy an open buffet dinner with a fantastic view of the entire city. Afterward, we will go to Asiatique, Bangkok's newest entertainment center, which was built in an area where the first trade between European countries across the ocean and Thailand took place, merging history with modernity, featuring more than 1500 shops and restaurants. Day 3: Bangkok
After breakfast, you will have free time. Guests who wish can optionally join the Floating Market Tour during the day and the Chao Praya Dinner Cruise in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.

In this tour, we will leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the Samut Songkram district where the famous Siam twins were born. We will learn about how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and see souvenir items made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After this, there will be a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From there, we'll take a boat for a pleasant forty-minute journey enjoying exotic Far Eastern views to arrive at the famous Floating Market, featured in magazines and documentaries, where you will see and have the opportunity to shop at an open market laid out on the river in canoes. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand's famous tropical fruits.

In this tour, live music dinner awaits you on our boat with a width of 41 meters on the royal river of Bangkok, known as the Venice of the East. After dinner, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: Bangkok - Pattaya
After breakfast, we head to Pattaya. Visit to the world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and arrival at Pattaya, the most famous entertainment resort in Thailand. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Guests who wish can optionally join our Safari with elephants and crocodile farm tour. In the evening, guests can optionally join the world-famous ALCAZAR SHOW tour. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 6: Pattaya
After breakfast, you will have free time. Guests who wish can optionally join the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden tour. Overnight at our hotel.

In the morning, our transfer to the airport will take place at the time specified by our guide. After ticket and luggage procedures,
We will depart for Tehran at 22:20 on Mahan Airlines flight W5050. Arrival in Tehran at 02:15 local time. Then we will depart for Istanbul at 06:30 on Mahan Airlines' scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 09:30 and the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the date of the trip. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, but visa services and travel health insurance, if utilized to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services would be considered consumed. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different service provider, Wtatil will not be liable for any fee refund if the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour upon purchasing the tour; Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In cases where sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to show good faith by not canceling the tour. In this case, as the individual arrangement of the tour for the guest will be discussed, the package includes guidance services that will cover only the transfer to and from the airport for the international arrival and departure.
Cancellations and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty if they inform Wtatil in writing up to 30 days prior to the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline. If there are less than 31 days until the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee equal to 50% of the tour fee remaining from the airfare; if there are 15 days or less until the start of the trip, the entire tour fee must be paid as a penalty to cancel. In the event of a cancellation request, the cancellation refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation time, and it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refunds. Wtatil cannot give any commitment regarding the cancellation refunds of additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours via vehicle narration without including museum or historical site entries and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be completed if local authorities do not allow visits, if there are closed roads due to any events, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out via public transportation or on foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted, as allowed.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and whether the museum or historical site is closed, while remaining within the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
8- For our tours with Speed Boats, it is essential to avoid heavy meals right before boarding and not to drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for the services included in the prices if the guests do not participate in the specified tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of the Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.
11- There may be delays or changes in the flight schedules for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The guest accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times upon purchasing the tour.
12- Infants aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online through the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participating in the tour, who fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc., for passengers who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
17- The general baggage allowance for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets have been issued (please check the airline you are a member of). No guarantee is provided for miles on each flight. Please check if the tickets for the program can be upgraded.
19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for catering and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) are specified only by category information in the tour program, and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will notify the guest 48 hours prior to the trip.
22- During special periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used further from the specified locations or distances. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the tour's departure date.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. The airplane tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect information regarding the tickets will be charged to the guests.
24- To use mobile phones abroad, please check before leaving Turkey that your phone is open for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
25- For accommodation, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure the reserved rooms conform to the preferences of the guest, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in at the hotel, and Wtatil cannot guarantee them.
27- The breakfast provided in hotels may differ from the traditional rich breakfast in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of a double bed, there may be two single beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and by room types.
30- Any additional bed and baby cot are provided upon request and depending on the availability of the hotel, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 (singular).
32- In triple rooms, extra bed applications exist, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds. Guests acknowledge that they accept any crowding in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or children's bookings.
33- If the number of children and their ages included in the reservations for adult occupancy are declared incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply to "single child" who meets the age group when accompanied by two adults.
35- Currency exchange during the day is reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) taken at the hotel are subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications concerning city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applied will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical position of the country visited, road works, and other circumstances.
38- Wtatil can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in necessary situations or as it deems appropriate.
39- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. If forgotten items are found, the costs associated with delivering them to the country and/or the individual are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports if they have any health issues with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, photo-ID/passport and credit card or cash deposit requested by official institutions may be required. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa application for T.C. citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months following the date of travel.
44- At border crossings/customs, it is necessary to have at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be applied.
45- Being exempt from visas for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean the right to enter/exist in the country; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or dual citizens traveling with their other country passport to participate in the tour must personally consult with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the countries they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for the consequences.
47- To avoid issues with customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 should be aware that they may be asked by border officers to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent. It is advised that minors and their parents are sensitive regarding this issue.
